This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. All of our contact database information is restricted to viewing by designated personnel, with the exception of chapter, district, region, and Big Hat officer contact information on the online directory. If you do not wish your contact information posted please contact
ambucs@ambucs.org. Only employees or volunteers who need the information to perform a specific job e.g. our scholarship department) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

National AMBUCS, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site or in survey’s and membership forms mailed from the office. Although we will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, we may provide contact information to foundations or organizations that are sponsoring events on our behalf that we think may be of interest to you.

Information you provide about yourself
At no time are you required to give any information about yourself to access the web site. When you are making a donation, purchasing a product, expressing an interest in referring a child for the wish list, applying for a scholarship we ask you for personal contact information, including you name, mailing address, phone numbers and email address. We will use this contact information to provide you with information or resources you have requested.

Personal billing information we collect and what we do with it
Online donations are managed through our agent Active.com which is TRUSTe certified. All transactions use an encrypted channel, take place on secure servers and occur in real time.

Orders forms are used for store purchases and conference registrations. In the event you choose to use these forms, we collect contact information (like names, address, email address) and financial information (like credit card numbers) .We use secure servers to gather and process your billing information.
