May is full of momentum across AMBUCS. Registration is now open for the National Conference in Myrtle Beach, and we can’t wait to see chapters across the country gather at our scenic beachfront resort location. There are also several important deadlines coming up, including Achievement Awards and Spring Round Up, so be sure to get your submissions in on time.

As always, thank you for the time, energy, and care you put into your communities. The work you do continues to make a real difference.

As part of our America250 participation, please remember to log your volunteer hours in the membership HUB. This helps tell the full story of our collective impact. If you have any questions or need help, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Reminder: Sponsoring Students

As you prepare your candidate submissions, please make sure your chapter’s sponsorship statement offers substance.

The statement should clearly reflect your chapter’s perspective, including why you are supporting the candidate, their involvement, character, and impact.

We’ve noticed some early submissions only state your chapter’s interest in sponsoring the student, without a statement to support the worthiness of the candidate.

All materials are due next Friday, May 15th.
