- Become an Ambility Ambassador with a gift of $1,000 or more to the permanent fund. Only the interest from the fund is spent each year, ensuring a sustainable Amtryke program. Please fill out the form and mail it to us at the address above (or fax/email). Members of the Ambility Ambassador honor club receive a beautiful plaque and special recognition at National Conference.
- Become a Wish List Club Member with a gift of $365, just a dollar a day! Please make the check out to National AMBUCS, write Wish List Club on the memo line and mail to the address above. Payable in one lump sum, $35 the first month and $30 for the next 11 months, or however you’d like to break it up throughout the year.

Memorial or Honorarium Gift:
- Support any of AMBUCS three nationwide programs and memorialize or honor a friend or loved one. Fill out the Memorial/Honorarium form, make the check out to National AMBUCS, write Memorial/Honor on the memo line and mail the check and form to the address above. For a gift of $25 or more, a distinctive acknowledgement letter is sent to the (1) person of your choice. All Memorial/Honorarium gifts are listed in the next AMBUCS Magazine.
Scholarships for Therapists:
Help fund Scholarships for Therapists in the coming school year. If your AMBUCS chapter is funding the scholarship, fill out this form. If you, personally, are funding a scholarship fill out this form. Please make the check out to National AMBUCS, write Scholarship on the memo line and mail the check and form to the address above.- Become a William L. White member with a gift of $1,000 or more to the permanent fund. Only the income from the fund will be used, to ensure a sustainable Scholarships for Therapists program. Please fill out the form and mail it to us at the address above (or fax/email). Members of the William L. White honor club receive a beautiful plaque and special recognition at National Conference. If you fulfill 10 such pledges you are eligible for a Named Award.
Cornerstone Program:
