2nd Quarter Scorecard due TODAY!

Submit 2nd Quarter Scorecard by December 10th. Your participation in the awards program is entirely optional.

The form will now tally points for you, you can save your work and finish later and there is also a print option. Please do print for your records.

Third quarter planning: The 3rd quarter scorecard is very streamlined. For planing purposes, keep in mind Visibility activities which can take place anytime from Feb 1 - March 31. Visibility will be scored on the 4th quarter scorecard.
