The Helmet Challenge is all about raising awareness for Amtryke and the joy of mobility. By joining, you’ll help spread the word about how adaptive tricycles change lives — and inspire others to get involved.
How to Join the Helmet Challenge
1) Make Your Video (30 seconds)
Catch a helmet (Amtryke helmet or bike helmet)
Put it on and share why you love Amtryke.
2) Pass It On
In your video, say who you’re passing the helmet to.
Ask them: “Why do you love Amtryke?”
Throw the helmet out of frame to “pass it on.”
3) Share It
Post your video on social media
Tag your friends and AMBUCS
Use the hashtags:
