AMBUCS is using a new platform called Kaleidoscope to streamline the 2024 Scholarship Season application/sponsorship process. Learn more about how it works below.
- Kaleidoscope is the All-in-One scholarship platform tool for student applications and chapter sponsorship recommendations
- Students will now be able to request a chapter’s sponsorship form via Kaleidoscope
- Chapters still should be interviewing/vetting the student(s) to be sponsored.
- When a chapter selects a student(s), please supply them with the appropriate email address of the person who will be submitting the sponsorship form. (i.e. the Scholarship Chair)
- Once a student designates that they are being sponsored and supplies the email address, the chapter will receive 2 emails – the initial email will be to set up a login on Kaleidoscope. Subsequent emails will notify that a student has requested the sponsorship form. This helps ensure that every student a chapter intends to sponsor actually submitted the application.
- Log into Kaleidoscope, share your recommendation comments, and hit submit. The Scholarship Committee takes it from there!
- NOTE: Paper forms and the 123formbuilder site are being phased out. However, for this scholarship cycle, we will still accept paper and the previous online form (https://form.123formbuilder.com/6605573/2024-chapter-sponsored-scholarship-form)
